Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2025

A Little Note Before We Begin:
At Three Little Birds Creations, every parcel leaves our hands like a tiny adventure in a box. We currently send our creations within Canada only. Due to ongoing tariffs and associated costs, we’re pausing shipments to the United States for now, but the day will come when our little birds fly across that border again.

Processing Time

Every order is wrapped with care and a touch of magic, then prepared for its journey within 3–5 business days after payment is received. If something unusual happens, we’ll send you a note so you’re never left wondering.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your treasures.
• We send orders via Canada Post or another trusted carrier, whichever will get your package to you safely and swiftly.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 3–10 business days after shipping. These times are estimates based on ordinary days. Delays from weather or postal backlogs are beyond our control.

Tracking

Most orders come with a tracking number so you can watch your parcel’s travels. For very small packages, we sometimes use a simpler service without tracking to keep shipping costs down.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since we currently ship only within Canada, these don’t apply right now. If we open our doors to international shipping in the future, customers outside Canada will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package heads off to the wrong place because of a typo, we can’t call it back mid flight.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack each order with care, but if your package arrives looking rough, email hello@the3littlebirds.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll work with you to make things right.
